Layer apples and sausage on the bottom of a 9 by
13 by 2-inch casserole dish and dot with butter. Then spread and
sprinkle everything else. Bake in a 300 degree oven for 1 hour.
Using either recipe, first put water
in slow cooker then meat. Now everything else, encircling
vegetables around meat. Cook on low 8 hours or longer or when
carrots & potatoes are done.
If using frozen meat, omit potatoes and carrots and cook on
high instead.

Meatballs:
1Lb Spaghetti, Cooked & drained
1 Jar Favorite Sauce
1 Lb Ground Beef or meatball mix
1/2 Cup Italian Style Bread Crumbs
1 Egg, lightly beaten
2 Tsp Garlic powder (or Minced Garlic)
1 Tsp Onion Powder (or Minced Onion)
1 Tbs Basil
2 Tbs Italian Seasoning
1/2 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
Grated Parmesan Cheese
Brown sausage lightly on all sides in a well oiled
deep skillet over medium high heat. Drain fat, add sauce and
simmer 35 minutes or until done. Serve over cooked spaghetti and
top with cheese.
Combine meat, egg, bread crumbs and seasonings.
Mix well and form 1 1/2 inch balls. Brown balls lightly on all
sides in a well oiled deep skillet over medium high heat. Drain
fat, add sauce and simmer 35 minutes or until done. Serve over
cooked spaghetti and top with cheese.
1 Lb Chicken Breast, Pork, Shrimp or beef, sliced thin
1 Bell Pepper, Sliced (Optional)
1 Onion, Sliced (Optional)
6 Oz Snap Peas (Optional)
1 Can baby corn (Optional)
6 Oz Broccoli (Optional)
1 Can Sliced Water Chestnuts
1 Can Bamboo Shoots6 Oz Bean Sprouts, or 1 can
1 Carrot, shredded or sliced thin
2 Stalks Celery, chopped
3 Green Onion (Scallions) chopped

4-8 Tbs Soy Sauce (Kikkoman is the best)
In wok or large deep skillet, heat oil and
add veggies and soy sauce and stir-fry 5-10 minutes or
until veggies are done to your liking. Serve over plain
white rice, fried rice, fried noodles or lo-mien
noodles.
1Lb Cooked Chicken, Beef, Pork, or Shrimp (Optional) **
Wok Oil for Cooking
First, put first 4 ingredients in a
microwave rice cooker or microwave pressure cooker. Seal
lid and microwave on high 20 minutes. Let stand 5
minutes more. (Or read directions on cookers)
Scramble 2 eggs in a bowl while
heating oil and 1 tsp soy sauce in a large deep skillet or wok
over medium high heat. Pour egg into hot pan, then 1/2 veggies,
1/2 meat (optional) and finally 1/2 rice. Stir using spatula
until egg is all cooked and no longer runny. Remove to a Large
serving bowl and repeat to finish the other half. Serve hot as a
stand alone meal or a side dish.
* Veggies can be changed to include those you like and
exclude those you don't. Suggestions are Peas, Onions, Broccoli,
Water Chestnuts, Bamboo Shoots, Baby Corn, Green Peppers, etc.
**Cooked chicken, cooked pork or cooked beef may be added to
complete this dish as a meal.
Stir-in ideas include but not limited
to: ground beef, ground pork, sweet or hot sausage, chicken, bacon,
turkey, shrimp, hotdogs, kielbasa, broccoli, chopped tomatoes,
cauliflower, peas, anything you think would mix well with cheese!

2 Cups Milk
1 Tbs Yellow Mustard
1 Lb Precooked Ham, Cubed, or Ham Steak
(Optional)
Cubed or sliced Tomatoes (Optional)
Broccoli (Optional)
1/2 Cup Italian Style Bread Crumbs
Preheat oven to 375°. Melt margarine in
2 Qt sauce pan over medium heat, add flour stirring constantly,
then add mustard (keep Stirring). Now slowly add milk. Start
putting in the cheese in a little at a time, as cheese melts, put
more in. Add all but 1/4 cup for topping. Stir the white sauce
into the macaroni. If you are using cubed ham, cubed
tomatoes or broccoli, add it now and stir. Pour mix into oblong
baking dish. If using ham steak or sliced tomatoes, place on top
now. Sprinkle the rest of cheese on top, then sprinkle the bread
crumbs on. Place in oven and bake until done.

In large deep skillet or wok, stir fry
shrimp, peppers and onions until meat is no longer pink.
Remove from heat. Stir in pineapples, ketchup, sugar,
water, vinegar and soy sauce. Stir frequently over medium
heat just until the boil point. Remove from heat and stir
in cornstarch mixture until thickened. Serve over plain
white rice, fried rice, fried noodles or lo-mien noodles.
4-10 pieces Country Pork Ribs or 2-4- Racks Beef Ribs or
2-3 Lbs Short Ribs
1/2 Bottle BBQ sauce (your favorite kind)
1 Cup Water
In shallow baking dish, mix well BBQ sauce and water. Put
pork in and coat well on all sides. Cover and let set in
refrigerator 2 hours or overnight (the longer, the better).
Grill Method: Place on top rack on hot grill and cook
until done, turning over and brushing on BBQ mixture
occasionally. Note: Keeping cover on grill helps to cook.
Oven Method: Leave in baking dish and cook in 375°
oven 30 minutes or until done. Keeping a foil cover on until
last 15 minutes helps to keep juicy.
Slow Cooker or Crock Pot Method: Place pork and all
sauce in pot and turn on low and cook 6 hours or longer or until
done.
Pepperoni, Mushrooms, Olives, Any pizza topping you desire
(Optional)
Mix hot cooked spaghetti with beaten eggs, butter and Parmesan cheese. Press into buttered 10 inch pie
pan. In large skillet cook meat, onion, green pepper, tomato and seasonings. Drain.
Stir in spaghetti sauce. Spread one (15 ounce) carton of Ricotta or cottage cheese over
spaghetti, then meat/sauce filing. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Then add Mozzarella
cheese and any pizza toppings you desire. Bake until cheese is melted, about 5
minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
Mix scallions, garlic and celery. In
Oblong baking dish, put a layer of potatoes down.
Sprinkle with flour, some scallion mix, pepper and salt
and top off with several pats of margarine. Repeat until
one layer of potatoes remains. Lay bacon or ham over top
of casserole then the last layer of potatoes, salt,
pepper, flour and margarine. Last, layer the sliced
onions on the very top and pour milk in until it reaches
the top of the the onions. Line baking rack with foil
(to catch any spills). Place on middle rack in a 350°
oven and bake 45 minutes or until potatoes are fork
tender.
Cook sausage in fry pan over medium high heat stirring and breaking
frequently. When fully cooked, add milk and pepper to taste and remove
from heat. Bake biscuits according to package. In small bowl, combine corn
starch and cold water until dissolved while biscuits are baking. Bring
sausage mixture to simmer over medium heat, remove from heat. When bubbles
stop, add corn starch mixture stirring constantly. Split biscuits on plate
and scoop gravy over and serve.
Meal suggestions: Serve with eggs cooked any way (I like over medium)
and home fries or hash browns. Include a large glass of juice to round off
the meal.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). In a saucepan bring 2 cups water to a boil. Add rice and stir.
Reduce
heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes. In a 9x13 inch baking dish combine turkey, broccoli, cheese and cooked
rice. In a small bowl combine crushed crackers and melted butter. Spread over
rice mixture. Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes, or until crackers are crispy.
"This is a nice easy recipe for leftover turkey, chicken or ham.
Place pork steaks in hot fry pan and season. Cook over medium heat for
5-10 minutes and turn, seasoning other side. Cook another 5-10 minutes or
until juice runs clear indicating doneness.
Skewer meat chunks & veggies in pattern,
rinse kabobs in cold water and dip in breading. Place kabobs in large
skillet with hot oil and cook, turning occasionally, until meat runs clear
and veggies are soft.
Fillet cut chop up to bone creating a pita style pocket and fill with
stuffing. Place stuffed chops on shallow baking sheet, brush margarine or
oil on chops, sprinkle with seasoning to taste, and bake in a 350° oven
for 40-50 minutes or until done.

1/2-1 Cup prepared stuffing
1 Celery Stalk, chopped finely
1/4 Onion, chopped finely
1/4 Tsp Pepper
2-3 Cups Water
Heat water on stove and add stuffing, celery, onion and pepper, stir to
mix well and smooth out, heat thoroughly until thickened gravy forms.
Place chops in baking dish so they touch each other, pour gravy mix over
chops and cover with foil. Bake in 375° oven for 35 minutes or until
chops are done.

Ingredients: Smoked Pork Chops
Oven Method: Place on a shallow baking
pan and cook in a 375 Oven 15-20 minutes or until done.
Pan Method: Cook in a skillet over medium heat 3-4 minutes each
side or until done.
Grill Method: Place on top rack of grill and cook 3-4 minutes
each side or until done.
Broil Method: Place on broiler pan and broil at 500 for 2-4
minutes each side or until done.
Deep
Fried Pork Chops
1 Lb Pork Chops, Bone-in or Boneless
1 cup Breader
Oil for deep frying
Put Breader in a wide bowl. Rinse pork chops in
cold water one at a time, shake off excess water and roll in bowl of
Breader. Lay on a dry plate. Do all the meat. Now, drop 1 or 2 at a time
in ready hot oil and cook until pork chops floats. Drain on paper towels
and serve.
