Cook hamburger and taco seasoning according to
seasoning pack. Slice cream cheese and arrange evenly in oblong baking
dish, spread cooked meat evenly over cream cheese. Now spread tomatoes
and olives on. Pour taco sauce over the top, and finally, spread cheddar
cheese over the top. Place in a 375° oven and bake until cheese is
melted (about 20-30 minutes). Serve warm.
If not shelled, de-veined and cooked, you'll
have to do this yourself, I would just buy it already done. Pour
cocktail sauce inside cocktail glasses or dish. Rinse shrimp well and
hook onto cocktail glasses or dish. Chill until ready to serve.
Combine beef, breadcrumbs, egg, sugar & spices. Mix well and
shape into 1 1/2 inch balls. Brown balls in well oiled skillet over
medium high heat, now turn heat down to medium low and continue
cooking until done.
Either serve in a sweet sauce as appetizers or serve over noodles
with gravy to make a meal.
2 Tbs vegetable oil, olive oil, melted butter or margarine
1 Tbs salt (Optional)
1 Tsp Pepper (Optional)
1 Tsp Paprika (Optional)
1 Tsp Garlic (Optional)

Cleaning Pumpkin
Seeds. Scoop out seeds from pumpkin. Place in colander under
cold running water, remove the seeds from the pulp and strings. Pat dry
with a clean kitchen towel.
Roasting Pumpkin Seeds. Toss
pumpkin seeds in a bowl with the melted butter or oil and seasonings of
your choice until well coated. Spread evenly on a cookie sheet. Bake in
300° oven until golden, about 20-45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Let
cool on paper towels.
Place eggs in large pot with
cold water. Put on stove and cook on high to boiling. Boil for 10
Minutes. Remove and drain. Shake eggs in hot pot to break shells.
Rinse with cold water and let cool enough to handle. Peel eggs. Cut
all eggs in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and put in a separate
bowl. Smash yolks. add the mayonnaise and mustard and mix well. Scoop
yolk mixture back into the egg whites. Sprinkle with paprika and
refrigerate until ready to serve.
Put desired sauce in bucket with a few wings and tight lid. Shake well.
You can make many types in one night pleasing every pallet. Enjoy!
Oven Method: Lay chicken wings in single layer on shallow baking
pan and cook in 375° oven for 40 minutes or until done.
Fried Method: In hot oil, put 3-8 wings in at a time depending
on size. Fry in oil until wings float indicating doneness. Drain on paper
towels.
Hot Sauce: Combine 1 stick melted
margarine with 1 Tsp hot sauce. You can adjust to desired heat level by
adding more hot sauce or less.
Garlic Sauce: Combine 1 stick melted
margarine with 1 Tsp garlic powder. You can adjust to desired heat level
by adding more garlic powder.
Sweet & Sour Sauce:
1/4 Cup Ketchup, 1/2 Cup Sugar, 1/4 Cup Water, 1/4 Cup Vinegar, 2 Tsp Soy
Sauce, 1 Tbs Cornstarch mixed with 2 Tbs Cold Water. Keeping cornstarch
mix aside, combine all other ingredients in saucepan. mix well and cook
over medium high heat just until boiling point. Remove from heat and stir
in cornstarch mix until thickened.
Split English muffins and place them on foil lined cookie
sheet. Spread with pizza sauce and sprinkle cheese on top. Add any
toppings you desire and bake in 400° oven for 10 minutes or until
cheese is melted and bubbly. Mmmmmmmmm!

or a deep fryer. Scramble eggs in a wide bowl such as a soup
bowl. Using another such bowl put the batter mix in. Slice
tomatoes to desired thickness. Dip a couple onion ring slices in
egg on both sides. Let egg run off then place in breading or
batter mix. Flip to cover all sides. Place in hot oil and fry
until tender or floating. Remove from oil and place on a paper
towel lined plate to drain excess oil. Continue until all rings
are done, serve hot.
* For batter mix I
find the store bought batter mix works best. I like the
"Breader" from Wal-Mart. Try Country or Chicken for the
best flavor.

sandwich!
* For breading mix, use Italian style bread crumbs mixed with
some pepper, garlic powder and onion powder.
For batter mix I find the store bought batter mix works best.

1 Lb Fresh Mushrooms, cauliflower, or broccoli, washed and
drained
Egg-milk mixture
2 Cups Chicken Breader
Oil for deep frying
Breaded
Fried Cauliflower
Put 1 Cup Chicken Breader in a zipper
bag. Put a small handful of veggies in egg-wash at a time, shake
off excess and put in bag and shake well. Lay on a dry plate. Do
all the veggies. Now, put the other cup of Chicken Breader in
the bag and shake veggies a second time, just a small handful at
a time. Drop a few at a time in ready hot oil and cook until
veggies float. Drain on paper towels and serve.
Cut baked potatoes in half and Scoop
out potato insides into a mixing bowl. Add any and all
ingredients you like and mix and mash. Now fill skins with
potato mix and place on buttered cookie sheet. Top with shredded
cheese if desired and bake at 350° 20 minutes or until hot.
These are great as a snack, dinner side or the
dinner entree itself!

On high heat, bring water to a rolling boil in large pot.
Gently place frozen Pierogi in boiling water and boil until
Pierogi floats. Remove from water and serve or fry.
If frying: Mix all dry ingredients in a zipper bag. Shake a
few damp boiled Pierogi in mix and place in hot oil to fry.
Pierogi is done when golden. Remove from oil and drain on paper
towels. Repeat until all Pierogi are done.
thyme, oregano, rosemary, basil, sage, garlic
powder, ground black pepper, to taste
Cut a 1/2-inch slice from the top of
each tomato; discard tops. Scoop out pulp; squeeze juice out.
Season insides of tomatoes with salt and pepper, turn upside down
on paper towels and set aside. In a medium skillet cook garlic,
vegetables and any meat, if desired, in margarine
for 2-5 minutes or until slightly tender and meat is fully cooked.
Chop pulp and mix all ingredients. Spoon mixture into tomatoes
packing them tightly. Sprinkle cheese or other topping if desired.
Arrange stuffed tomatoes in a baking dish with a little water in
the bottom and bake covered or uncovered at 350° for 20-35
minutes or until until tomatoes are cooked and tender and stuffing
is hot.
