Fruit Shakes
  • 1 Medium banana
  • 1/2 c  Quartered strawberries
  • 1/2 c  Pineapple or mango cut into Chunks
  • 3/4 c  Orange juice
  • 1 c  Ice

Put all ingredients into blender; puree until very smooth and thick.

Strawberry Watermelon Slush

  • 1 pt Fresh strawberries cleaned & hulled
  • 2 c Watermelon seeded & cubed
  • 1/3 c Sugar
  • 1/3 c Water, juice or milk
  • 1/4 c Lemon juice
  • 2 c Ice cubes

In a blender container, combine all of the ingredients except the ice, and blend well. While blending, gradually add the ice blending `til smooth. Serve immediately. Garnished as desired.

  • Skim milk

  • Peanut Butter

Put all ingredients into blender; puree until smooth and thick.

  • 1 Ice-cream
  • Milk

Put all ingredients into blender; puree until smooth and thick.
