Cold Turkey Sandwiches

  • Left over Turkey
  • Cheese slices from Deli (Optional)
  • Light or fat free Mayonnaise (Optional)
  • 1 or 2 Leaves Lettuce (Optional)
  • 1 or 2 slices tomatoes (Optional)
  • Slices bread
Spread mayo on bread slices, lay lettuce & tomatoes on 1 slice and turkey and cheese on other slice. Close sandwich.

Lunchmeat Sandwiches

  • Cold Cuts from the Deli
  • Cheese slices from Deli (Optional)
  • Light or fat free Mayonnaise (Optional)
  • Mustard (Optional)
  • 1 or 2 Leaves Lettuce (Optional)
  • 1 or 2 slices tomatoes (Optional)
  • Slices bread

Tomato Sandwich

  • 2 - 4 Tomato Slices
  • 2 Slices Favorite Bread (I use Sourdough)
  • Salt & Pepper to taste (Optional)
  • Light or fat free Mayonnaise
  • 1 or 2 Leaves Lettuce (Optional)
Spread mayonnaise on bread slices, add lettuce, then tomato slices. Salt and pepper to taste if desired.

Chicken/Turkey/Tuna Salad

  • 1 Lb Cooked Chicken or Turkey Breast, Chopped or cubed small, or 1 can Light Tuna in water
  • 1 Stalk Celery, Chopped finely
  • 1/2 Onion, Chopped finely
  • A few Dashes Black Pepper for taste
  • Light or fat free Mayonnaise, 1-2 cups, Depending on preference
  • 1 Head Lettuce, Broken for Salad
  • 1 Carrot, shredded
  • 1 Tomato, Cut in wedges then halved
  • 2 Eggs, boiled and quartered
In large bowl combine lettuce, carrot, tomato and eggs, toss well. In Separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients and stir until well blended. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve a scoop of ham mix over individual salads.

Home Made Ham Salad

  • 1 Head Lettuce, Broken for Salad
  • 1 Carrot, shredded
  • 1 Tomato, Cut in wedges then halved
  • 2 Eggs, boiled and quartered
  • 1 Lb Cooked Ham, Chopped or cubed small
  • 1 Stalk Celery, Chopped finely
  • 1/2 Onion, Chopped finely
  • A few Dashes Black Pepper for taste
  • 1-2 Tbs Relish
  • Light or fat free Mayonnaise, 1-2 cups, Depending on preference
In large bowl combine lettuce, carrot, tomato and eggs, toss well. In Separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients and stir until well blended. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve a scoop of ham mix over individual salads.
